Purpose: Growth hormone deficiency (GHD) causes decreased growth rate in children, resulting in short stature in childhood and adulthood. Daily subcutaneous injections with growth hormone (GH) have been standard treatment. Newer weekly GH formulations now exist.

Background: Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) significantly contributes to increased morbidity, reduced life expectancy, and higher healthcare costs due to the burden of comorbidities. This study assessed the prevalence of comorbidities in PsA patients in India and explored the influence of age and disease duration on these comorbidities.
Methods: The prospective, multicenter observational study was conducted across seven centers in India, utilizing data from the Indian Rheumatology Association.

Biomass-derived porous carbon (PC) has emerged as a promising candidate for electrode materials in energy storage applications, effective pretreatment of the precursor is a key strategy for enhancing the electrochemical performance of PC. However, challenges remain in achieving this goal through environmentally friendly, simple, and efficient methods. In this paper, a dual-frequency ultrasonic-assisted enzymolysis strategy combined with carbonization-activation method was proposed to prepare high-performance garlic peel-derived PC (DUGPC) for supercapacitors.
