The epidemiology and associated risk factors of pediatric chest pain are not well described. Several studies report the prevalence of chest pain types among children and adolescents; however, detailed prospective studies that aim to determine continued morbidity, mortality, health-care seeking behaviors, continued medication use, and quality of life are lacking. A greater understanding of pediatric chest pain epidemiology and risk factors is required.

Macrotrabecular-massive hepatocellular carcinoma (MTM-HCC) is a rare and aggressive molecular subtype of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) associated with a poor prognosis. Unlike typical HCC, which commonly arises in the context of cirrhosis, MTM-HCC can develop in non-cirrhotic livers, presenting unique diagnostic and therapeutic challenges. This case report describes a 35-year-old male who presented with persistent epigastric pain, fatigue, and loss of appetite.

This case report highlights a complication of pneumothorax associated with dry needling (DN), a technique used for the treatment of myofascial pain syndrome and musculoskeletal disorders. Case Presentation: We present a 26-year-old Arab female patient with a complex medical history involving heterotaxy, dextrocardia, congenital heart disease, and ureteropelvic junction obstruction diagnosed in her first year of life, followed by the identification of endometriosis in her early twenties.
