We have carefully reviewed the article entitled "The incidence of Popeye Deformity after Soft Tissue Biceps Tenodesis is Comparable to Biceps Anchor Tenodesis and Lower than Biceps Tenotomy During Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Repair" by Hyun Gon Kim et al. and found it very interesting. While we appreciate the authors' efforts, we have some questions about certain aspects of the study methodology that we hope they can address.

Simulated breathing in virtual reality does not affect perceived effort during the physical rehabilitation of people with long COVID.

Objective: To assess the effectiveness of simulated breathing in virtual reality (VR) for manipulating the level of perceived effort of people with long COVID during sessions of physical rehabilitation.

Methods: We conducted a within-participants randomized prospective study during a cycling exercise in immersive VR with three counterbalanced conditions of simulated breathing: slower breathing, neutral breathing, and faster breathing compared to theirs. 37 participants with long COVID and deconditioning were included in the study, 36 of which could finish the experiment.

Improvements to eating disorder (ED) care are urgently needed in the United Kingdom (UK) and around the world. Informed by my lived experiences, independent research, and involvement in the underappreciated field of quality improvement (QI), I have written this article to offer ideas on how to improve individuals' access to and experiences of ED care. As I live in the UK, my lived and QI experiences are of the UK's National Health Service (NHS).

Background: Improved medication adherence, represented as an increase in the proportion of days covered (PDC), to chronic medications is associated with better patient outcomes, yet effective strategies to improve adherence are often resource intensive. To quantify the impact of a pharmacist-supported electronic outreach initiative on medication adherence measures and to qualitatively evaluate patient engagement with and response to electronic messaging.

Methods: This retrospective cohort evaluation used mixed methods to assess the impact of a population health quality improvement program to address medication adherence for Medicare Advantage enrollees.
