Technology advantages of body sensor networks (BSN) have shown great deal of promises in medical applications. In this paper we introduced a wearable device for biofeedback application based on the BSN platform we had developed. The biofeedback device we have developed includes the heart rate monitoring belt with conductive fabric and the biofeedback device with respiration belt. A wearable respiratory biofeedback system was preliminarily explored based on the BSN platform. In-situ experiments showed that the BSN platform and the biofeedback device worked as intended.

Understanding the rapidly evolving landscape of single-cell and spatial omic technologies is crucial for advancing biomedical research and drug development. We provide a living review of both mature and emerging commercial platforms, highlighting key methodologies and trends shaping the field. This review spans from foundational single-cell technologies such as microfluidics and plate-based methods to newer approaches like combinatorial indexing; on the spatial side, we consider next-generation sequencing and imaging-based spatial transcriptomics.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality, content, and reliability of YouTube videos that address ostomy bag change techniques in children. As digital platforms are increasingly used for health-related information, especially for those caring for pediatric ostomy patients, this study aims to identify the strengths and limitations of available online resources.
Design: A descriptive, retrospective, and cross-sectional research design was used to evaluate YouTube videos focused on pediatric ostomy bag change techniques.

Background: During the COVID-19 pandemic, visitation restrictions in line with infection control policies curtailed opportunities for family members to learn essential caregiving skills in the intensive care unit. This limitation decreased satisfaction among family members, possibly indicating their increased difficulties in care due to the lack of face-to-face guidance. Thus, increasing family member understanding of and ability to apply learning content without direct interaction presents a significant and urgent challenge.

Introduction: This study investigated the feasibility of a novel drilling approach that integrates a pilot trephine into dynamic navigation (DN) for guided osteotomy and root-end resection (RER) with unimanual operation in endodontic microsurgery.
Methods: Two operators with varying levels of DN experience performed guided osteotomy and RER using 2 unimanual drilling methods with DN-aided operation on 3-dimensional printed jaw models. Method 1 (M1) involved drilling with a conventional trephine.
