Objective: To investigate the prevalence of fecal incontinence (FI) among adult women in Beijing area, and to analysis risk factors associated with FI.
Methods: A stratified multiple-cluster systemic method was used to recruit women ≥ 20 years old in 6 districts of Beijing. A self-administrated questionnaire was used to collect information about FI and possible risk factors.
Results: There were three thousand and 58 women participated in the survey, the average age was (48 ± 16) years (range 20-79 years). The prevalence of FI was 1.28% (39/3058), which was related to age. There were five factors entered the logistic regress model, which were included age ≥ 40 years old (OR = 3.3, 95%CI: 1.7-6.8), urinary incontinence (OR = 3.0, 95%CI: 1.5-6.1), vaginal delivery (OR = 2.4, 95%CI: 1.2-4.9), household per capita income ≤ 2000 RMB per month (OR = 3.3, 95%CI: 1.6-6.5), and feeling fatigue (OR = 3.0, 95%CI: 1.5-5.8).
Conclusion: Prevalence of FI is low among adult women in Beijing area, while risk factors associated with FI are complicated and further studies are necessary to be conducted.

Background: Breast cancer screening in Aotearoa New Zealand (NZ) still has persistent inequitable coverage by ethnicity, especially for Indigenous Māori women. This project aimed to undertake systematic data linkage to identify and invite eligible Māori women to participate in breast screening.
Methods: This is a cross-sectional observational study conducted in Northern New Zealand between 1/01/2020 and 30/06/2021.
Background: Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a rare connective tissue disease, frequently affecting the skin, lungs, and pulmonary vasculature. Approximately 30-50% of SSc patients develop interstitial lung disease (SSc-ILD), with 30-35% of related deaths attributed to it. Even though men are less likely to develop systemic sclerosis, they have a higher incidence of SSc-ILD than women, and they tend to develop it at a younger age with a higher mortality rate.

Background: Despite advances in treatment, the incidence of postoperative complications following pancreatectomy remains high, leading to frequent hospital readmissions. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the relationship between preoperative exercise tolerance and the likelihood of unplanned readmission in patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
Methods: This retrospective analysis included 88 patients who underwent pancreatectomy at a single institution between July 2019 and September 2022 and focused on patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
