is a premium turf grass in warm temperate and subtropical regions of the world and is the most important turf species in Australia based on the value of its production. A new disease called buffalo grass yellows (BGY) has become a problem on turf farms in Australia. Introduction: Podocytopathies are a uniquely renal disease syndrome, in which direct or indirect podocyte injury leads to proteinuria or nephrotic syndrome. Of the many factors that contribute to podocytopathies, the abnormal regulation of autophagy, such insufficient or excessive autophagy levels, have been proposed to play a significant role in the occurrence and development of podocytopathies. However, there still has been a lack of systematic and comparative research to elucidate exact role of autophagy in podocytopathies and its current research status.

Ethnopharmacological Relevance: Pseudostellaria heterophylla (Tài Zǐ Shēn, TZS) is a traditional Chinese medicine with spleen and qi benefits. Its immunomodulatory, anti-fatigue, anti-stress, and lipid metabolism regulation effects have been clinically confirmed, but its role in meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) is still unclear.
Aim Of The Study: This study aims to investigate the effect and mechanism of action of TZS in treating MGD.

Lyme disease is the most common vector-borne disease in the United States. Recent environmental and socioecological changes have led to an increased incidence of Lyme and other tick-borne diseases, which enhances the urgency of identifying and mitigating adverse outcomes of Lyme disease exposure. Lyme disease during pregnancy, especially when untreated, may lead to adverse pregnancy and neonatal outcomes; however, long-term child outcomes following utero exposure to Lyme disease have not yet been systematically assessed.

Background: Lung ultrasound (LUS) has proven valuable in the initial assessment of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), but its role in detecting pulmonary fibrosis following intensive care remains unclear. This study aims to assess the presence of pulmonary sequelae and fibrosis-like changes using LUS in survivors of severe COVID-19 pneumonia one month after discharge.
Methods: We prospectively enrolled patients with severe COVID-19 who required mechanical ventilation in the ICU and conducted LUS assessments from admission to the outpatient visit after discharge.
