Hemosorption was included in the complex treatment of 30 patients (age: 25-50 years) suffering of rheumatoid arthritis. It was found that the most sensitive laboratory tests of treatment efficacy were erythrocyte sedimentation rate, reduction of the level of gammaglobulins. Clinical improvement was pronounced as result of hemosorption treatment.
