Objective: To conduct a systematic review of neurocognitive dysfunctions in patients with childhood-onset schizophrenia (COS), a neuropsychiatric disorder that occurs before age 13 and is rarer and more severe than adult-onset schizophrenia.
Method: A search was made in the PubMed database. Sixty-seven studies (out of 543) which analyzed Intellectual Quotient (IQ), attentional, memory and executive functions were selected by two independent researchers.

The goal of this study was to synthesize and evaluate new antimicrobial compounds. We specifically focused on the development of 2,5-disubstituted tetrazole derivatives containing the O-methyl-2,3-O-isopropylidene-(D)-ribofuranoside groups through N-alkylation reactions. The presence of pesticide residues in textiles poses a risk to human health. We established a robust and high-throughput liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of 115 pesticide residues in textiles. In this study, we evaluated high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry conditions and sample extraction methods, including separation performance of different columns, mass conditions, extraction solvent, and extraction time.
