Introduction: Early recognition and treatment of stroke is paramount for good outcome. Transport distance may result in delayed arrival for revascularization therapy. We investigated how transport time and distance to the revascularization unit affected the probability of receiving intravenous thrombolysis in Denmark between 2015 and 2020, for patients calling the Emergency Medical Services within three hours of symptom onset.

Objectives: Underutilisation of thrombolysis is a major problem in patients with stroke in Bangladesh as patients do not arrive within the therapeutic window due to delays in their way to emergency department. This study aims to assess the time delay from patients' symptom onset to arrival in the hospital and the factors that are associated with it.
Methods: This cross-sectional survey of a prospective cohort of stroke patients was conducted between January and March 2023.

Objectives: To explore a novel model of mobile stroke units (MSUs) integrated with rural emergency medical stations for pre-hospital care of stroke patients in remote areas.
Methods: We used MSUs + Ambulance mode, where both the MSUs and conventional ambulances are sent to the patient's location. The conventional ambulance coordinates with the MSUs to choose the fastest route to meet and transfer the patient at the point along the way.
Some minutes matter more: Groin-to-recanalization is the main time-related predictor of outcome in acute ischemic stroke.

Introduction: Endovascular thrombectomy (EVT) is the standard of care for selected patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS) and large vessel occlusion (LVO), associated with intravenous thrombolysis, when indicated. While many studies focused on pre-hospital and in-hospital pathways, only few analyzed the relationship between groin-to-recanalization (GTR) time and functional outcome.
Aim: To explore whether GTR time is an independent predictor of outcome in patients undergoing EVT.
