Purpose: Adrenal vascular tumors are mainly represented by adrenal cavernous hemangiomas (ACHs) and adrenal cystic lymphangiomas (ACLs). Their radiological features often overlap with malignant tumors, therefore ruling out malignancy becomes mandatory. We analyzed clinical, radiological, and histopathological data to identify specific characteristics of these tumors.

Objective: To assess the accuracy of CT spectral HU curve assessment of hypodense liver lesions.
Methods: In this retrospective HIPAA-compliant study (January 2016 through May 2023), patients with biopsy-proven pancreatic adenocarcinoma and a biopsied indeterminate liver lesion underwent a DECT abdominal CT scan. Spectral HU curves were provided for each hypodense liver lesion, and slopes were calculated.

Epidermoid cyst in intrapancreatic accessory spleen (ECIPAS) is a rare benign condition that occasionally mimic malignant pancreatic neoplasms. We present a case of ECIPAS in a 53-year-old asymptomatic male, initially discovered incidentally during imaging for a suspected hepatic hemangioma. The lesion, located in the pancreatic tail, demonstrated characteristic imaging features on contrast-enhanced computed tomography and superparamagnetic iron oxide (SPIO)-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), including a cystic component with peripheral solid tissue exhibiting splenic enhancement patterns.
