Reciprocity for sunscreen solar protection factors (SPFs) and for delayed erythema was examined using a solar simulator equipped with neutral density filters to vary the beam intensity. Similar SPFs were obtained over a 15-fold intensity difference, using a sunscreen with a low (SPF-4) and a high (SPF-15) protection factor. Reciprocity was also observed for delayed erythema in unprotected skin.

Subclavian artery pseudoaneurysms are rare but potentially life-threatening vascular injuries frequently associated with trauma such as clavicle fractures. In this paper we describe the case of a 49-year-old male who developed a post-traumatic pseudoaneurysm of the subclavian artery after a bicycle accident. Rationale: Steven-Johnson syndrome (SJS) is characterized by severe illness, rapid progression, and high mortality rates, with the vast majority of cases induced by medications. Botulinum toxin, a neurotoxin produced by Clostridium botulinum, has not been reported in the literature as a causative agent of SJS.
Patient Concerns: A 56-year-old male patient, who underwent surgery for cerebral hemorrhage, developed widespread patchy annular papules following the injection of botulinum toxin into the masseter muscle.

The occurrence of these seromas has been associated with prior SARS-CoV-2 infection or SARS-CoV-2 vaccination. So far, there are few systematic analyses on postoperative complications in breast surgery since the emergence of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.
