In the past several years, a few cervical Pap smear datasets have been published for use in clinical training. However, most publicly available datasets consist of pre-segmented single cell images, contain on-image annotations that must be manually edited out, or are prepared using the conventional Pap smear method. Multicellular liquid Pap image datasets are a more accurate reflection of current cervical screening techniques.

Exploring the nuanced and often elusive realm of pre-reflective consciousness presents a methodological challenge, as it involves capturing experiences that arise prior to reflective thought and language. This article introduces Phenomenological Mapping, an innovative research method designed to systematically study the pre-reflective dimensions of human experience. Grounded in the foundational theories of Edmund Husserl (2012), Maurice Merleau-Ponty (2013), and Martin Heidegger (1992, 2008), the approach also integrates contemporary perspectives from Dan Zahavi (1999, Contemporary Phenomenology and Qualitative Research 5(1), 1-17, 2021), Shaun Gallagher (2006, 2017), and Evan Thompson (2010, 2017).

Statement Of Problem: Endodontically treated teeth often require post-and-core restorations for structural support because of extensive hard tissue loss. Assessment of the effect of the residual dentin thickness on the biomechanical performance of these restorations is lacking.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the residual dentin thickness in mandibular premolars after post-and-core restorations using cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) and to analyze the stress distribution with finite element analysis (FEA).

Carrageenans have attracted increasing research interests in recent decades for their various physicochemical and physiological properties. Random endo-acting carrageenases are promising tools for tailoring the molecular weight of carrageenan and preparing a series of carrageenan oligosaccharides. Although the processive ι-carrageenases in the GH82 family have been widely investigated, the random ι-carrageenase has not been reported.
