In this study, a decision support system was designed to distinguish children with ADHD from other similar children behavioral disorders such as depression, anxiety, comorbid depression and anxiety and conduct disorder based on the signs and symptoms. Accuracy of classifying with Radial basis function and multilayer neural networks were compared. Finally, the average accuracy of the networks in classification reached to 95.50% and 96.62% by multilayer and radial basis function networks respectively. Our results indicate that a decision support system, especially RBF, may be a good preliminary assistant for psychiatrists in diagnosing high risk behavioral disorders of children.

Pericardial effusion refers to the accumulation of fluid within the pericardial sac, the double-layered membrane surrounding the heart. It can be caused by various medical conditions and may lead to serious complications if not diagnosed and managed promptly. Point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) has emerged as a valuable tool in the clinical evaluation of pericardial effusions, offering real-time visualization and aiding in the assessment of its size, characteristics, and potential hemodynamic impact.

IUCN SSC Monitoring Specialist Group, Angra do Heroísmo, Azores, Portugal IUCN SSC Monitoring Specialist Group Angra do Heroísmo, Azores Portugal.

Background: Azorean biodiversity is relatively well-known following important scientific contributions during the last three decades. These have set a comprehensive species checklist for the Archipelago, improved significantly the knowledge on species abundance, ecology and distribution and have contributed to define priorities for conservation management and scientific research. Nevertheless, despite these efforts, a key functional group - the pollinators - remains poorly known in Azores, including their occurrence in different habitat-types and islands.

Coronary computed tomography angiography (CTA) analysis can help in the planning of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Fractional flow reserve derived from coronary CTA (FFR), coronary CTA-derived regional myocardial mass, and FFR virtual PCI planner can facilitate decisions concerning sheath and guide catheter selection, stent lengths on the basis of predicted post-PCI FFR, optimal fluoroscopic angles, evaluation of provisional vs 2-stent bifurcation PCI techniques, and assessment of the magnitude of jeopardized myocardial mass in cases with side branch compromise. This case series illustrates the emerging opportunities for coronary CTA-based planning of bifurcation PCI.

Background: The social problems caused by depressive disorders and psychological behaviors in women are increasingly prominent, with extreme incidents occurring from time to time. Therefore, the issue concerning "how to prevent and resolve the risk of depression in women" is gaining significant attention across various sectors. However, previous studies have largely focused on teenage girls, perimenopausal women, or women during pregnancy and the postpartum period, neglecting the adverse effects of major diseases, which is detrimental to enhancing the psychological well-being of women with cancer.
