The article presents results of studies concerning cardio-respiratory system, psychoemotional state and life quality in professional guttural traditional singers. The professional singers with long length of service were proved to have lower external respiratory function parameters and saturation values, polycytemic syndrome and ECG studies demonstrate reliably more frequent left ventricular hypertrophy and metabolic disorders, more considerable psychoemotional changes and life quality alterations are seen, if compared to the amateur singers.
