The purpose of this study is to evaluate the ability of SNOMED CT to represent concepts of the ICNP Version 1 - the 7-Axis model. We selected the 1568 concepts of the ICNP 7-Axis model. From January 2007 through June 2007, the first author mapped the ICNP Version 1 concepts to the SNOMED CT using CLUE browser 5.0. The second author from the SNOMED Terminology Solutions and the third author from the ICN validated mapping result. In total, SNOMED CT covered 1381 concepts of 1658 (83%) ICNP 7-Axis model concepts ranging from 65% coverage rate of the Actions Axis concepts to 94% coverage rate of the Judgment Axis concepts. SNOMED CT can represent most (83%) of the ICNP Version 1 concepts. Improvements in ICNP Version 1 in terms of concept naming and definition, and adding missing concepts to the SNOMED CT would lead to greater coverage of the ICNP Version 1 concepts.

Objectives: To build a specialized nursing terminology for the care of people with respiratory diseases and Covid-19 or who have respiratory diseases after Covid-19, based on ICNP®.
Method: Methodological study developed in two stages: (1) identification of the relevant concepts for the health priority chosen from the literature; (2) cross-mapping of the identified concepts with the concepts contained in ICNP® version 2019/2020.
Results: 9460 terms were extracted from the literature, of which 4065 terms were excluded because they were not related to the object of study and 5395 were submitted to the mapping technique, resulting in 290 constant terms in the ICNP® and 5134 non-constant terms.

Measuring nurses' perceptions of the activities contributing to the quality of care needs to be emphasized, providing visibility to professional practice and their contributions to achieving health quality. This study aimed to translate, validate, and culturally adapt the "Perception of Nursing Activities that Contribute to the Quality of Care" scale to provide a reliable instrument to assist nurse managers in measuring nurses' perceptions of their activities in French reality. A quantitative, descriptive, and cross-sectional study, in two phases, was conducted: first, by translation and cultural adaptation, and second, through the validation of the scale.

Aim: To describe nursing care of COVID-19 patients with International Classification for Nursing Practice (ICNP) 2019, ICNP 2021 reference set, and Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine-Clinical Terms (SNOMED CT).
Background: From the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, nurses have realised the importance of documenting nursing care.
Introduction: It is important to recognise how real nursing data match the ICNP reference set in SNOMED CT as that is the terminology to be used in Iceland.

Objective: To construct and validate a specialized nursing terminology for the care of newborns with peripherally inserted central venous catheters (PICC), based on the Betty Neuman Systems Model.
Methods: Methodological study, carried out in a public maternity hospital, operationalized by the steps: extraction of terms from medical records of neonates using PICC; normalization; cross-mapping with the 2019/2020 version of ICNP®; organization in the Seven Axes; and content validation with nurses using content validity index and kappa coefficient.
Results: 1,718 terms were extracted, and 372 relevant terms were normalized, with 265 constants and 107 non-constants.

Objective: To construct and validate nursing diagnoses statements of the International Classification for Nursing Practice (ICNP®) for the person with diabetic foot ulcer being followed up in primary health care.
Method: This is a methodological study structured in four stages: identification of terms; cross-mapping of identified terms with ICNP terms®, version 2019/2020; construction of nursing diagnoses statements and organization with Orem's Theory of Self-care; and content validation by expert nurses working in primary care, with those with Content Validity Index (CVI) ≥ 0.80 being considered valid.
