Purpose: To describe two cases of aberrant right subclavian artery (ARSA) aneurysm treated with hybrid repair.
Case Reports: 77 year old woman with a symptomatic ARSA aneurysm was treated with endoluminal aortic stent graft exclusion and placement of a plug distal to the aneurysm. Ischemia of the right arm required immediate carotid-subclavian bypass. Postoperatively, mild signs of brain stem infarction were present with absent flow in the right vertebral artery. Because of preserved left vertebral and basilary artery flow no invasive therapy was undertaken. The patient recovered completely. A 51 year old woman with a symptomatic 37 mm diameter ARSA aneurysm underwent bilateral carotid-subclavian bypasses and subsequent endoluminal aortic stent graft exclusion of the ARSA's origin. Recovery was uneventful.
Conclusion: Hybrid techniques are less invasive valuable alternatives in the treatment of ARSA and its aneurysms. Great care should be taken to preserve the posterior cerebral and upper extremity circulation.

An aberrant right subclavian artery (ARSA) is a rare vascular anomaly accompanied by nonrecurrent inferior laryngeal nerve (NRILN). Here, we described the cervical-first approach in thoracoscopic esophagectomy for an esophageal cancer patient with ARSA using the intraoperative nerve monitoring (IONM) system. First, a left cervical procedure proceeded to expose the left vagus nerve to attach the APS electrode of the IONM system, and the left cervical paraesophageal lymph nodes was dissected separately.

Purpose: This study aimed to develop and validate a convolutional neural network (CNN) that automatically detects an aberrant right subclavian artery (ARSA) on preoperative computed tomography (CT) for thyroid cancer evaluation.
Materials And Methods: A total of 556 CT with ARSA and 312 CT with normal aortic arch from one institution were used as the training set for model development. A deep learning model for the classification of patch images for ARSA was developed using two-dimension CNN from EfficientNet.
