Total absence of ribs is a rare finding that has occasionally been documented in patients with cerebrocostomandibular syndrome. Only 2 other reports document complete absence of ribs in 3 individuals, and we tabulate the findings of all the 4 cases of complete absence of ribs in this case report. Our case and the other 3 reported cases represent the extreme form of cerebrocostomandibular syndrome with regard to the costal defects.

Buckling is a significant concern for cable-stayed bridges that incorporate a large number of steel components, particularly those featuring unique-shaped towers that require further examination due to the intricate internal force and stress distribution. This paper investigates the buckling behavior of a cable-stayed bridge with inverted V-shaped towers. The cable tower is characterized by its unique design that consists of diagonal bracings and columns in a compression-bending state.

Objective: This study aims to report the application of 18F-AlF-NOTA-Octreotide PET/CT and 3D printing technology in the diagnosis and treatment of phosphaturic mesenchymal tumors (PMT) in patients with tumor-induced osteomalacia (TIO).
Case Presentation: A 68-year-old male patient (Case 1) was admitted to the Weifang People's Hospital in August 2022 with complaints of "persistent pain in the bilateral flank and lumbosacral region". 18F-AlF-NOTA-Octreotide PET/CT showed high octreotide expression in the left femoral region.

Introduction: Surgical resection is gold standard for treatment of liver metastasis, locally ablative techniques including computer tomography (CT)-guided interstitial high-dose-rate (HDR) brachytherapy (CT-BRT) and stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) have gained prominence as alternatives, offering comparable outcomes in selected patients. We aim to compare CT-BRT and SBRT - based on dosimetric analysis.
Material And Methods: Patients who underwent CT-BRT for oligometastatic, ≤4cm liver metastases between 2018 and 2024 were eligible.
