Genome-wide functional genetic screening has been widely used in the biomedicine field, which makes it possible to find a needle in a haystack at the genetic level. In cancer research, gene mutations are closely related to tumor development, metastasis, and recurrence, and the use of state-of-the-art powerful screening technologies, such as clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat (CRISPR), to search for the most critical genes or coding products provides us with a new possibility to further refine the cancer mapping and provide new possibilities for the treatment of cancer patients. The use of CRISPR screening for the most critical genes or coding products has further refined the cancer atlas and provided new possibilities for the treatment of cancer patients.

In this article, the author: refers both to the common cultural background of these two projects (including the of the modern world and the complicated dialog between rationality and imagination) and their common epistemological situation; analyses their and , and characterizes both Holmes and Freud as and . Their operandi are described as hermeneutical procedures, methodologically similar to Charles Sanders Peirce's .

Structural network control principles provided novel and efficient clues for the optimization of personalized drug targets (PDTs) related to state transitions of individual patients. However, most existing methods focus on one subnetwork or module as drug targets through the identification of the minimal set of driver nodes and ignore the state transition capabilities of other modules with different configurations of drug targets [i.e.

Objectives: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play an essential role in cancer biology. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 3 (CIN3) is the most severe precancerous lesion of cervical cancer. However, the mechanism of multiple lncRNAs in CIN3 has not been studied in-depth and is worth exploring.
