Background: Digital health technologies have been proposed as a potential solution to improving maternal cardiovascular (CV) health in the postpartum (PP) period. In this context we performed a systematic scoping review of digital health interventions designed to improve PP CV health.

Due to complex interactions, changes in any one area of food systems are likely to impact-and possibly depend on-changes in other areas. Here we present the first annual monitoring update of the indicator framework proposed by the Food Systems Countdown Initiative, with new qualitative analysis elucidating interactions across indicators. Since 2000, we find that 20 of 42 indicators with time series have been trending in a desirable direction, indicating modest positive change.

Background: Despite advances in our understanding of the molecular underpinnings of meningioma progression and innovations in systemic and local treatments, recurrent meningiomas remain a substantial therapeutic challenge. The objective of this systematic review and meta-analysis is to provide a historical baseline, contemporary analysis, and propose a "rate of probable interest" to inform future clinical trial design and development on behalf of the RANO meningioma group.

Persisters describe phenotypically switched cells refractory to antibiotic killing in a genetically susceptible population, while preserving the ability to resume growth when antibiotics are discontinued1,2. Since its proposal 70 years ago, great strides were made to build the framework regarding persistence, including defining triggered, spontaneous and antibiotic-induced persisters. However, challenges remain in characterizing the molecular determinants underlying the phenotypic switch into persistence3.
