Aim: To implement and evaluate an Advanced Practice Nurse-led transitional care model (AdvantAGE) to reduce rehospitalisation rates in frail older adults discharged from a Swiss geriatric hospital.

Design: The study adopts an effectiveness-implementation hybrid design (Type 1) to simultaneously evaluate the effectiveness of the care model and explore the implementation process.

Black women suffer more complications and birthing harms compared to other race-ethnic groups. Even when birthing equity initiatives are implemented, many Black families choose to work with a Black doula to reduce harms linked to obstetric racism. Most Black doulas described their role as helping women have the kind of birth they want; however, problems doulas experience in communicating with other birthing team members are not well understood.

Background: Learning health systems (LHS) have the potential to use health data in real time through rapid and continuous cycles of data interrogation, implementing insights to practice, feedback, and practice change. However, there is a lack of an appropriately skilled interprofessional informatics workforce that can leverage knowledge to design innovative solutions. This study aimed to validate an Indonesian version of the teaching questionnaire measuring the competencies of interprofessional education (IPE) facilitators and the characteristics of good clinical educators described by Kerry et al. (2021). A cross-cultural adaptation was developed and consisted of the following steps: forward-backward translation, content validity index measurement, cognitive interviews and a pilot study to measure content validity and reliability, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to identify the new dimensionality, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to confirm the measurement model.
