Sperm plasma was studied by induced chemiluminescence in males with reproductive dysfunction (infertility, miscarriage) in married couples and in the presence of antispermal antibodies (ASAB) detected by latex agglutination. In ASAB-positive patients, the light sum was found to be increased and equal to 14.23 imp/sec or more. The chemiluminescence technique may be recommended as a method for detecting ASAB with an accuracy of 90.4%, with 94.1% specificity, and 88.6% sensitivity.
