Hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) is a severe condition marked by intense nausea and vomiting during pregnancy, which is different from typical morning sickness. It is marked by weight loss exceeding 5% of pre-pregnancy weight, ketonuria, dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, and in some cases, arrhythmias - primarily linked to electrolyte disturbances. Treatment typically involves conservative measures such as small, bland meals, medications like metoclopramide and ondansetron, and correction of electrolyte abnormalities.

Introduction: A form of tenosynovial giant cell tumors (GCTs) that diffusely affects the soft tissue lining of joints and tendons is called pigmented villonodular synovitis or PVNS. About equal percentages of men and women are often affected, and it typically affects young individuals. The most typical sites of PVNS are the knee and ankle, making PVNS of the wrist a rare presentation.

Case: We report a case of a 29-year-old woman who sustained a left lateral sternoclavicular joint (SCJ) dislocation. Imaging demonstrated a 30-mm gap between the sternum and medial clavicle. Given well-preserved shoulder range of motion and well-controlled pain, she was ultimately treated nonoperatively.
