Background: According to the United Nations Fund for Population Activities, sexuality education (SE) requires building a multisectoral team and developing an operational plan. These predictors hold promise as potential outcomes for teen pregnancy prevention program evaluations when measuring sexual behavior outcomes is infeasible or theoretically, methodologically, or developmentally inappropriate. We conducted a systematic review using a prespecified search strategy and processes consistent with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guidelines.
