Malignancies are increasing worldwide with changing lifestyle, pollution, increasing life expectancy, and diagnostic advancements. However, multiple primary malignancies (MPMs) detected simultaneously are very rare. Here, we present a rare case of three primary malignancies (sigmoid colon, prostate, and thyroid) detected simultaneously in a 77-year-old male patient, who initially presented with bleeding per rectum and was then found to have a large pedunculated mass in the sigmoid colon on colonoscopy, which further turned out to be adenocarcinoma.

Pulsatile tinnitus (PT) is synchronous with patients' heartbeat, with various reported intracranial etiologies. Sigmoid sinus wall dehiscence (SSWD), sinus malformation and high venous flow velocity were common marks of PT and were generally treated as independent etiology in clinic, but their coupling effect remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate the synergistic pathogenicity of these etiologies.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) stands out as a notable non-invasive method for medical imaging assessments, widely employed in early medical diagnoses due to its exceptional resolution in portraying soft tissue structures. However, the MRI method faces challenges with its inherently slow acquisition process, stemming from the sequential sampling in k-space and limitations in traversal speed due to physiological and hardware constraints. Compressed Sensing in MRI (CS-MRI) accelerates image acquisition by utilizing greatly under-sampled k-space information.

Introduction: Consensus contouring guidelines for intensity-modulated-radiation-therapy (IMRT) of patients with locally advanced cervix cancer (LACC) advise including the whole uterus in the target volume and adding generous planning-target-volumes (PTVs) to account for motion uncertainties of the gross-tumor-volume (GTV). The primary objective of this analysis was to assess the interfractional GTV motions using a magnetic-resonance-image (MRI) guided-Radiation-Therapy (MRgRT) system to investigate the margins required for MRgRT treatments.
Methods: 125 daily set-up MRIs from five patients with LACC who received MRgRT were analyzed.
