Purpose: While the literature has addressed the implementation of oncofertility care at developed institutions, minimal advice exists for those seeking to build oncofertility programs in limited resource settings (LRS). Our research offers a promising conversation on establishing oncofertility care in such settings from the perspective of a practitioner working to establish care in Latin America. We propose practices that have the potential to significantly improve access to and quality of care in these challenging settings.

Background: The Compulsory Mental Health Care Act in the Netherlands (CMHCA) came into effect in 2020. Mental health nurse practitioners have since been allowed to be ‘responsible clinician’ However, there seems to be diversity in the implementation of the role in practice.
Aim: To investigate the state of affairs regarding the role of the mental health nurse practitioners as ‘responsible clinician’ within the CMHCA and reflecting on this topic.
Background: In the Netherlands, it is possible for patients to donate organs after having received euthanasia. In many cases of organ donation after euthanasia (ODE), tissues, as well as the liver, heart, kidneys, lungs, and pancreas, can be donated. The procedure for ODE is described in the national guideline for organ donation after euthanasia by the Dutch Transplant Foundation (NTS).

Aim: Adherence to post-cardiac arrest care (PCAC) recommendations is associated with improved outcomes for adults. We aimed to describe the survival impact of meeting American Heart Association (AHA) PCAC guidelines in children after cardiac arrest.
Methods: We conducted a retrospective study using Get With The Guidelines® Resuscitation's (GWTG®-R) registry to describe the PCAC of patients ≤ 18 years old who suffered an in-hospital or out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (IHCA or OHCA).
