Klinefelter syndrome (KS) is a genetic disorder in males characterized by the presence of an extra X chromosome. Its most consistent endocrinological manifestations include lower testosterone production and impaired spermatogenesis. KS individuals have a general typical appearance with taller stature, and they demonstrate a characteristic cognitive phenotype involving weaknesses in verbal processing. Anomalous cerebral lateralization involves the inverse or weak dominance of hand, language, and visuospatial abilities and has been associated with the cognitive deficits of KS individuals. This article summarizes the ongoing research in this field, discusses the main findings, and attempts to provide a thorough description of the cause of the observed functional and anatomical cerebral asymmetries associated with the syndrome. Nonetheless, efforts have been directed to incorporate evidence for and against theoretical accounts that explain the experimental findings, to discuss issues involving the implications of the chosen methodology, and present key research areas for future empirical research.

Introduction And Importance: There are few cases of multiple simultaneous anterior communicating artery (AComA) aneurysms with A2 triplication and AComA duplication.
Cases Presentation: (1) A fenestrated AComA with a saccular aneurysm (neck diameter 9 mm; dome height 8 mm) projecting superiorly from the distal AComA branch, as well as an anomalous artery arising from the posterior surface of the same AComA. (2) A duplicate AComA with a saccular aneurysm (neck diameter of 5 mm; dome height of 9 mm) projecting superioposteriorly from the distal AComA branch, as well as an anomalous artery arising from the anterior surface of the same AComA was diagnosed.

Temporal processing deficits in Developmental Dyslexia (DD) have been documented extensively at the behavioral level, leading to the formulation of neural theories positing that such anomalies in parsing multisensory input rely on aberrant synchronization of neural oscillations or to an excessive level of neural noise. Despite reading being primarily supported by visual functions, experimental evidence supporting these theories remains scarce. Here, we tested 26 adults with DD (9 females) and 31 neurotypical controls (16 females) with a temporal segregation/integration task that required participants to either integrate or segregate two rapidly presented displays while their EEG activity was recorded.
