Starting from complexes of type [Ru(Cp)Cl(P-P)] (P-P = 2PPh3, 3a; P-P = 2PMe3, 3b: P-P = dppe, 3c; P-P = dppp, 3d) isocyanide complexes [Ru(Cp)(P-P)(CNR) 4a-4d (CNR = CN-CH2-CH2N3, 1) and 7a-7d (CN-C6H4-2N3, 2) have been prepared. Reduction of the azido functions of the coordinated isocyanide ligands with Zn/NH4Cl/H2O in methanol leads to coordinated 2-amino functionalized isocyanides which cyclize to yield the complexes with a saturated NH,NH-stabilized NHC ligand 5a-5d or a benzannulated NH,NH-stabilized NHC ligand 8a-8d. The Zn/NH4Cl/H2O reduction method is of general applicability and allowed the generation of complex 11 bearing three saturated NH,NH-stabilized NHC ligands.

In this paper, a series of novel quinazoline-4(3)-one-2-carbothioamide derivatives (8a-p) were designed and synthesized the Wilgerodt-Kindler reaction between 2-methylquinazoline-4-one 10 and amines using S/DMSO as the oxidizing system. Their characteristics were confirmed by IR, NMR, HRMS spectra, and their melting point. These novel derivatives (8a-p) were evaluated for their anti-inflammatory activity by inhibiting NO production in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-activated RAW 264.

CD7-targeted chimeric antigen receptor-T (CAR-T) cell therapy has shown great promise in the treatment of relapsed/refractory T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL). In this study, we reported a case of a 34-year-old male patient with T-ALL who finally developed multi-line drug resistance and refractoriness after multiple lines of high-intensity chemotherapy. After physician evaluation, this patient received allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT).

Background And Objective: Hemodynamic changes that lead to increased blood pressure represent the main drivers of organ damage in hypertension. Prolonged increases to blood pressure can lead to vascular remodeling, which also affects vascular hemodynamics during the pathogenesis of hypertension. Exercise is beneficial for relieving hypertension, however the mechanistic link between exercise training and how it influences hemodynamics in the context of hypertension is not well understood.

A novel multi-site enzymatic repairing amplification strategy is developed for high-sensitive terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase quantification through combining enzymatic repairing amplification and lesion base-involved terminal extension. This method may provide a sensitive and flexible tool for molecular diagnosis and drug discovery.

Mosquito-borne diseases have wreaked havoc on human health, with consequences dramatically increasing in recent years. The incidence of mosquito-borne diseases is closely linked to the locations that are chosen for urban development. The aim of this study was to provide characteristics of mosquito breeding sites in northern and southern China and to document the most important arbovirus vectors found in the study area, the evidence generated here is critical for early prevention and control inter ventions.
