Malakoplakia, a rare granulomatous inflammatory condition, typically manifests in the genitourinary system. Its occurrence in the gallbladder is exceptionally uncommon, posing significant diagnostic challenges. A 68-year-old male presented with recurrent epigastric pain, and a suspicious gallbladder mass was found on imaging.

Xanthogranulomatous inflammation, as a type of chronic granulomatous inflammation, typically occurs in the gall bladder and kidneys. In this paper, we present a 56-year-old man with Xanthogranulomatous cystitis mimicking bladder malignancy. He was referred to our clinic with the chief complaint of a one-year history of urgency and frequency.

Primary hepatic tuberculosis is a rare presentation and sporadically reported in the literature, mostly from our part of the world. Sometimes the presentation can be atypical and mimics hepatic tumor and poses diagnostic challenge. Schistosomal cholecystitis is remarkably uncommon disease which is associated with concomitant gallstone disease. The disease prevails with low socio-economic conditions of population. It is still not clear that the widespread fibrocalcific reaction in the wall of gallbladder and the cystic duct, observed for all the reports, predisposes to cholelithiasis or gallstones coexist.
