We aimed to study the regeneration potential of tendo-achilles after percutaneous tenotomy in 34 clubfeet treated by Ponseti's technique. Clinical and MRI evaluation was done after 6 weeks and 6 months of tenotomy to assess the regeneration of the tendon. At the follow-up, Achilles tendon was palpated like a cord in all the feet. MRI study revealed continuity of the tendon in all cases at the end of 6 weeks and 6 months of the tenotomy. Thus, it could be concluded that tendo-achilles does regenerate following percutaneous tenotomy, used in the correction of clubfoot using Ponseti's technique.

This study aimed to compare outcomes of idiopathic clubfeet (IC) treated with a percutaneous heel cord tenotomy (PHCT) at the conclusion of Ponseti casting with those that were not. A retrospective review of patients enrolled in a single institution prospective clubfoot registry over 19 years was performed. Patients under the age of 3 months with untreated IC managed via the Ponseti method that had a minimum of 2 years follow-up were included.

The post birth revelation of child with physical anomaly taxes maternal hopes of a healthy child. However, unlike many other congenital anomalies, the Ponseti method has enabled an early and effective treatment of the clubfoot deformity. Our study aimed to assess the quality of life (QoL) of mothers with child born with idiopathic clubfoot through various stages of its management compared to a healthy infant.

Lateral epicondylitis impacts 1-3% of the population. It affects nearly half of all tennis players, primarily due to repetitive forearm muscle use leading to pain at the lateral elbow, particularly at the extensor carpi radialis brevis tendon. While conservative treatments resolve most cases, 4-11% of patients with persistent pain require surgery.

Prior case reports have suggested that treating thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS) may relieve intractable migraine headaches, but there has been no case series large enough to show when underlying TOS should be suspected as a contributor to migraine burden. This observational followed by questionnaire study was performed in an outpatient neurology practice to identify clinical features of patients with migraine in which TOS contributed to migraine burden. We report the clinical features of 50 consecutive patients (48 women, 2 men, age = 43.
