Aim: To explore hoarding scenarios in older adults with dementia, document management strategies and assess caregiver challenges in these scenarios.
Design: This study employed interpretative phenomenological analysis to guide data collection and analysis.
Methods: Purposive sampling recruited 20 caregivers of older adults with dementia from long-term care facilities and community elderly centres in Taiwan.

Unlabelled: Carotid Blowout Syndrome (CBS) is a rare and life-threatening condition that necessitates prompt intervention to prevent fatal hemorrhage. This study compares the outcomes of two primary endovascular approaches: reconstructive interventions, which aim to preserve carotid artery function using stents or balloon angioplasty, and deconstructive interventions, which involve vessel occlusion to halt bleeding. A systematic review and meta-analysis were performed by searching multiple databases for relevant studies published from January 2000 to August 2023.

Introduction: Chronic nausea and vomiting are symptoms of a wide range of gastrointestinal and non-gastrointestinal conditions. Diagnosis can be challenging and requires a systematic and well-structured approach. If the initial investigation for structural, toxic and metabolic disorders is negative, digestive motility and gut-brain interaction disorders should be assessed.

Objectives: This qualitative study explored the beliefs and values influencing healthcare providers' delivery of gender-affirming care (GAC) to transgender and gender-diverse (TGD) youth amidst current social and political dynamics.
Methods: The study PI conducted 43 semi-structured interviews with providers across states with varying GAC legislation. Responses from 41 providers were analyzed in this paper.

The methodological approach involved a review of existing literature on PFA's relevance, adaptation, and effectiveness in disaster response settings.
Findings: In disaster response, PFA is a recognized, evidence-informed psychosocial support activity internationally, yet measuring its effectiveness in real-time disasters remains challenging.
