Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) represents a quite rare event but with potentially serious prognostic implications. Meanwhile, SCAD typically presents as an acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Despite the majority of SCAD presentation being characterized by typical ACS signs and symptoms, young age at presentation with an atypical atherosclerotic risk factor profile is responsible for late medical contact and misdiagnosis.

The surgical ciliated cyst is a newly added entity under the cysts of the jaws in the World Health Organization (WHO) Classification of Head and Neck Tumours (2022). It is preceded by a prior surgery to the jaw many years before its diagnosis. A 53-year-old Chinese female, who had undergone cleft lip and palate repair followed by orthognathic surgery before the age of 20, was referred for management of an incidentally found cyst in the left maxilla.

Ameloblastoma represents a rare and locally aggressive odontogenic neoplasm, notable for its histopathological diversity. Among its subtypes, the desmoplastic and plexiform variants are relatively rare, with the hybrid form, encompassing both architectural patterns, representing an even more exceptional entity. This article delineates the clinical, radiological, and histopathological profile of a 45-year-old male presenting with pain persisting over the past month in the right posterior maxillary region.

Objective: To evaluate the outcome of teeth filled with a single cone technique and a premixed bioceramic sealer at 3 years of follow-up.
Methods: Healthy patients were consecutively treated by a cohort of postgraduate operators. Root canal filling procedures were performed with NiTi rotary instrumentation, while non-surgical retreatments were performed using NiTi reciprocating instruments.
