The purpose of this article is to extensively illustrate pathologically and clinically proven cases of intracranial vascular lesions and variants accumulated at a tertiary referral center. These are organized by normal anatomy and variants, arterial lesions, and venous lesions. High-quality computed tomography, computed tomographic angiography, magnetic resonance imaging, magnetic resonance angiography, 3D reconstruction, and angiographic figures illustrate the findings and complement a succinct review of this category of disease. Some cases are accompanied by histopathologic correlation.
