The incidence of multiple magnetic foreign body (MMFB) ingestion in children is rising, which poses a serious risk for gastrointestinal tract injury. In the current study, the clinical characteristics were analyzed to enhance awareness among parents and caregivers, treatment experiences were summarized and discussed, and optimal treatment plans were identified. A retrospective analysis was performed on 130 pediatric patients with MMFB ingestion at the Children's Hospital Affiliated with Zhejiang University School of Medicine, between June 2016 and June 2023.

Background and objective Lymphomas can involve the gastrointestinal (GI) tract as a primary disease or as a secondary spread of systemic disease. The GI tract is a key site for extranodal lymphomas, with Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) occurring in this region. This study aimed to analyze the demography, anatomic distribution, histological subtypes, and immunomorphological characteristics of all lymphomas with a primary GI presentation at a quaternary care hospital in southern India.

Meckel's diverticulum (MD) is the most common gastrointestinal congenital anomaly of the small intestine. A small subset of patients with MD develops a mesodiverticular band (MDB), creating a snare-like opening and the potential for internal hernias (IHs). IHs are a known possible cause of small bowel obstructions and are most common in adults post bariatric surgery.

Foreign body granuloma (FBG) is an inflammatory reaction to an exogenous agent. This entity is well known on the cutaneous organ but very rarely described in the abdominal cavity. We report three clinical cases of intraperitoneal FBG following major debulking of pseudomyxoma and intraperitoneal hyperthermia chemotherapy.

Porcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV) is increasingly prevalent in newborn piglets with diarrhea. With the development of research on the virus and the feasibility of PDCoV cross-species transmission, the biosafety and the development of pig industry have been greatly affected. In this study, a PDCoV strain CH/LNFX/2022 was isolated from diarrheal newborn piglets at a farm in China.
