Erdheim-Chester disease (ECD) is a rare, multisystemic, non-Langerhans cell histiocytic neoplasm predominantly affecting middle-aged males in their fifth to seventh decades of life. It often presents with nonspecific symptoms, leading to a delay in its diagnosis. We report a case of an 85-year-old male with multisystemic manifestations, including retroperitoneal, skeletal, vascular, cardiac, orbital, and central nervous system (CNS) involvement.

Background: Although blood urine is frequently observed in dromedary camels, little attention is gained and only it was reported as case reports.
Aim: This study was carried out to examine dromedary camels suffering from red urine syndrome from the points of clinical, etiological, hematobiochemical, ultrasonographic, and pathological characteristics.
Methods: Thirty-one camels with red urine and fifteen controls were enrolled.

Introduction: This study aimed to assess the predictive value of abdominal fat characteristics measured by computed tomography (CT) in identifying early recurrence within one year post-initial transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) in patients with nonmuscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). A predictive model integrating fat features and clinical factors was developed to guide individualized treatment.
Materials And Methods: A retrospective analysis of 203 NMIBC patients from two medical centers was conducted.

A man in his 70s suffered cardiac arrest, and his family initiated cardiopulmonary resuscitation after placing an emergency call. The initial waveform of the automated external defibrillator performed by emergency medical technicians revealed ventricular fibrillation. The patient received cardiovascular life support, including direct current countershock, and was transported to the hospital.
