Recently, the environment of medical treatment in our country has become more strict. The purpose of this study is to find changes in the implementation of diagnostic imaging from the point of view of cost analysis, through the use of diagnosis procedure combination (DPC) data. The patient data has been extracted from the DPC data. We compared patients (n=693) in terms of their daily income, cost, and image examination cost ratio for malignant tumors in lungs. The results of this study indicated the ratio of the image examination cost of 040040xx99100x was 25.2% in the old grading sheet. The ratio of the image examination cost increased 42.4% in the new grading sheet. The implementation of diagnostic imaging was able to be made visible simply by analyzing the cost. We found one of the methodologies that connected the improvement of that standard treatment with the examination of each DPC.

Background: With advancements in minimally invasive thoracic surgery techniques, such as video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery and robotic surgery, the design of vascular staplers has evolved to meet the requirements of these procedures. Consequently, newer generations of automatic staplers with improved handling and reduced size have been introduced, such as two-row staplers, which are more maneuverable and less bulky than their three-row counterparts.
Case Presentation: A 68-year-old man with lung cancer underwent a right middle and lower lobectomy due to tumor invasion into the central middle bronchial trunk, rendering the preservation of the middle lobe impossible.

Background: Quantitative susceptibility mapping (QSM) can study the susceptibility values of brain tissue which allows for noninvasive examination of local brain iron levels in both normal and pathological conditions.
Purpose: Our study compares brain iron deposition in gray matter (GM) nuclei between cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD) patients and healthy controls (HCs), exploring factors that affect iron deposition and cognitive function.
Materials And Methods: A total of 321 subjects were enrolled in this study.
Background: Antibiomania is the manifestation of manic symptoms secondary to taking an antibiotic, which is a rare side effect. In these cases, the antibiotics most often incriminated are macrolides and quinolones, but to our knowledge, there are no published cases of antibiomania secondary to cotrimoxazole. Furthermore, we also provide an update of pharmacovigilance data concerning antibiomania through a search of the World Health Organization (WHO) database.

Background: Cutaneous melanoma is the leading cause of death from cutaneous malignancy and tends to metastasize lymphatically and hematogenously to the lung, liver, brain, and bone; it is a rare source of metastatic disease to the eye. Herein we provide a case report of cutaneous melanoma metastatic to the ciliary body and choroid involving clinical examination, slit lamp photography, and B-scan ultrasonography.
Result: A 55-year-old female with known metastatic cutaneous melanoma presented with pain, a large ciliochoroidal mass, visual decline, and diffuse intraocular inflammation.

Background: Chronic active Epstein-Barr virus (CAEBV) colitis is a rare disease with clinical and endoscopic manifestations very similar to those of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). In clinical practice, it is easy to be misdiagnosed and mistreated, leading to poor clinical outcomes.
Case Presentation: We report a case of a 56-year-old Chinese woman who presented with 6 years of intermittent severe diarrhea, fever, and abdominal pain.
