Background: Extraskeletal osteosarcoma (ESOS) is a rare kind of sarcoma with a low preoperative diagnosis and a poor prognosis. ESOS arising from abdominal mesentery is extremely rare. Increasing diagnostic methods and standardizing treatment protocols are crucial issues of ESOS.

Extra-skeletal Ewing sarcoma is a rare tumor, most commonly occurring in the paravertebral region, extremities, retroperitoneum, and very rarely in visceral locations. We present two primary visceral Ewing sarcomas confirmed at the molecular level: one located in the stomach and the other in the bladder. Both tumors demonstrated strong and diffuse membranous CD99 expression, accompanied by variable KIT immunoreactivity.

Objective: Heterozygous COL2A1 gene mutations are associated with type 2 collagenopathies, characterized by a wide, diverse, and overlapping clinical spectrum in related diseases. Our goal is to describe the clinical, radiological, and molecular findings of patients with COL2A1-related dysplasia and investigate the phenotype-genotype correlation. We also aim to emphasize the challenge of categorizing COL2A1-related diseases with similar clinical and radiological phenotypes.

Osteosarcoma of primary breast origin is a rare form of malignancy. Imaging findings are nonspecific and often overlap with other differential considerations reinforcing the importance of radiologic-pathologic correlation for an accurate diagnosis. This case report details the clinical presentation, imaging findings, histopathological features, and therapeutic approach that transpired to diagnose and treat this rare malignancy.
