A 28-year-old right-handed man tripped down a flight of stairs, landing on his outstretched right hand. He developed immediate pain, swelling, and stiffness but did not seek medical attention. After 1 week without relief, he went to see his primary care provider. The patient did not have numbness or tingling, and he reported no previous injuries to the wrist. X-rays were obtained (figure 1), and the patient was referred to an orthopedist for further evaluation.

Objective: This study aimed to assess reachable workspace (RWS) in patients post-osteosynthesis of shoulder, elbow, or wrist fractures and explore correlations with self-reported function and kinesiophobia.
Design: An observational case-control study compared patients with fractures to a control group, utilizing questionnaires and 3D kinematic data.
Participants: The sample included 66 individuals who had undergone osteosynthesis: 21 with shoulder fractures, 10 with elbow fractures, and 22 with wrist fractures.

Objective: To investigate the effectivess of arthroscopic Wafer surgery combined with triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) insertion point reconstruction in the treatment of Palmer type ⅡC combined with typeⅠB ulnar impingement syndrome.
Methods: The clinical data of 14 patients with Parlmer type ⅡC combined with type ⅠB ulnar impingement syndrome who met the selection criteria between July 2021 and April 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 7 males and 7 females with an average age of 43 years ranging from 16 to 59 years.
