Purpose: We aimed to validate a clinically available artificial intelligence (AI) model to assist general radiologists in the detection of intracranial aneurysm (IA) in a multi-reader multi-case (MRMC) study, and to explore its performance in routine clinical settings.
Methods: Two distinct cohorts of head CT angiography (CTA) data were assembled to validate an AI model. Cohort 1, comprising gold-standard consecutive CTA cases, was used in an MRMC study involving six board-certified general radiologists.

Objective: To investigate the short-term blood flow changes and image features of the retina and choroid in patients who underwent carotid artery revascularization (CAR) for severe carotid artery stenosis using widefield swept-source OCT angiography (OCTA).
Design: Prospective study.
Participants: This prospective study included 112 eyes (56 eyes on the ipsilateral side and 56 eyes on the contralateral side) of 56 participants with severe carotid artery stenosis.

Aims: Aortic wall stiffening in ascending thoracic aortic aneurysm (aTAA) is common. However, the spatial and temporal relationships between stiffness, aortic size, and growth in aTAA remain unclear.
Methods And Results: In this single-centre retrospective study, we utilized vascular deformation mapping to extract multi-directional aortic motion, aortic distensibility, and aortic growth in a multi-planar fashion from multi-phasic ECG-gated computed tomography angiograms.

Background: The monocyte to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (MHR) and neutrophil to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio (NHR) are novel comprehensive indicators reflecting the body's inflammation and lipid metabolism. Previous studies have found that MHR and NHR are associated with the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events and death. However, the correlation between MHR, NHR, and the severity of newly diagnosed coronary artery disease (CAD) has not been thoroughly explored.

Rationale: Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is the leading global cause of death from cardiovascular disease, and the mortality rate increases in the presence of comorbidities such as renal abscess. The treatment of AMI combined with renal abscess is challenging, especially in combination with urinary tract obstruction, as percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) can lead to progression of the renal abscess and deterioration of renal function. Currently, there is no consensus on the treatment of renal abscess in AMI.
