A 50-year-old woman with a history of adult granulosa cell tumor (AGCT) of the right ovary was under follow-up after undergoing several surgeries, including a total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy. She was initially diagnosed eight years ago and remained disease-free for 52 months. However, she later experienced a recurrence, indicated by elevated inhibin B levels (58 ng/mL) and the presence of peritoneal soft tissue tumors.

Hydrocele of the Canal of Nuck is a rare inguinal-scrotal swelling that occurs primarily as a chronic painful lump in childhood or in young women. Here, we present a rare case of the same, presenting at an extreme of age and with a short history. An 85-year-old female patient presented with a progressive inguinal swelling for 2 months in a known case of decompensated cirrhosis of liver in form of ascites and portal cavernoma.

Primary retroperitoneal seminoma is an exceedingly rare type of germ cell tumor, accounting for less than 5% of all such tumors. These tumors are typically large at presentation due to their slow growth and the nonspecific nature of symptoms, which often leads to delayed diagnosis. A 40-year-old male presented with intermittent abdominal pain and a palpable lump in the right paraumbilical region.

Donating money to worthy social causes is one of the most impactful and efficient forms of altruism, but skepticism often clouds perceptions of donors' motives for giving. We propose a solution that reduces this skepticism: Instead of giving a single large donation, donors can partition their donations into multiple, smaller ones. Ten preregistered studies with 3,816 participants supported this idea.
