Background: The long-term stability of allograft or native bone in facial vascularized composite allograft (fVCA) recipients is unclear. This study quantified long-term bone volume changes in facial transplants.
Methods: Computed tomography scans of eight fVCA recipients (2011-2023) were analyzed with Materialise Mimics.

Background: Gingival recession defects (GRDs) pose functional and esthetic concerns and may be associated with unfavorable tooth positions. Surgically facilitated orthodontic treatment (SFOT) with clear aligners can be a valuable option for adults with severe malocclusion and GRDs.
Methods: A 28-year-old male presented with severe dental crowding, Class III dental malocclusion, localized tooth crossbites, and tapered maxillary arch.

Introduction: Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) is being increasingly utilized in surgical procedures due to various improvements in clinical outcomes. More recently, a heating process to denature albumin in the platelet poor plasma (PPP) layer has been shown to extend the resorption time of PRF from a typical 2-week period to 4-6 months. Because of its > 4 month resorption properties, extended PRF (e-PRF) membranes have been used in dentistry as an alternative to collagen membranes in alveolar ridge preservations, ridge augmentations, soft tissue grafting, and as a barrier membrane in lateral sinus grafting procedures.

Background: We aimed to determine whether collagen membrane coverage in maxillary sinus floor elevation surgery, provides an advantage regarding bone regeneration.
Methods: This randomized clinical trial included all healthy adults presented for dental implant placement in the posterior edentulous maxilla at the Maxillofacial Surgery Department of Mashhad Dental School, Mashhad, Iran from 2021-2022. Participants were candidates for sinus floor elevation surgery.

Purpose: The present study aimed to evaluate and compare the management of Jump space (JS) in immediate implants with and without Demineralised freeze-dried bone allograft (DFDBA) with flapless approach.
Materials And Methods: The present study included 40 sites with immediate implant placement in the maxillary anterior region. Group 1 patients were treated without augmentation while Group 2 patients with DFDBA in the JS.
