Objective: Temporalis musculofascial rotational flaps can provide excellent tissue for reconstruction of defects in the floor of the middle cranial fossa. This technique can, however, result in cosmetic deformity of the temporal fossa with an asymmetric contour of the head. We report a technique that uses titanium mesh and autologous abdominal adipose to maintain a normal scalp contour.
Clinical Presentation: Two patients, one with a large middle cranial fossa and infratemporal schwannoma, and another with penetrating trauma secondary to a rifle accident, required surgical repair of defects of the floor of the middle cranial fossa.
Intervention: The repair was achieved in both cases using a temporalis musculofascial rotational flap. Normal contour of the scalp was maintained with titanium mesh and autologous abdominal adipose reconstruction.
Conclusion: The temporalis musculofascial flap, combined with titanium mesh and autologous adipose reconstruction, provided excellent closure of defects of the floor of the middle cranial fossa while preserving normal cosmetic scalp contour.

Objective: This study aimed to assess the fracture resistance of chairside computer assisted design and computer assisted manufacturing (CAD-CAM) lithium disilicate partial and full-coverage crowns and veneers for maxillary canines.
Methods And Materials: Forty-eight restorations for maxillary right canines (12 per group) were designed as follows: (1) partial crown with finish line in the upper middle third; (2) partial crown with finish line in the lower middle third; (3) traditional labial veneer; and (4) traditional full-coverage crown. Restorations were fabricated out of lithium disilicate (Amber Mill, Hassbio) using a chairside CAD-CAM system (Cerec Dentsply Sirona).

Objective: This study aimed to assess the feasibility of the deep learning in generating T2 weighted (T2W) images from diffusion-weighted imaging b0 images.
Materials And Methods: This retrospective study included 53 patients who underwent head magnetic resonance imaging between September 1 and September 4, 2023. Each b0 image was matched with a corresponding T2-weighted image.

Purpose: In this randomized clinical trial, we examined the incorporation of nanogold particles into polymethyl methacrylate denture bases and compared these modified bases with conventional ones in mandibular implant-retained overdentures, focusing on microbiological growth and adhesion characteristics.
Methods: In this study, twenty-two male patients who were completely edentulous participated in a rehabilitation program involving mandibular overdentures retained by two dental implants placed in the canine area. The subjects were categorized into two equal groups, each comprising eleven patients.

Osimertinib has emerged as the standard first-line treatment for advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with EGFR mutations, offering improved tolerability and demonstrating superior efficacy against brain metastases in comparison with other tyrosine kinase inhibitors. The Meckel's cave is a dural recess in the posteromedial part of the middle cranial fossa that acts as a conduit for the trigeminal nerve between the anterior pontine cisterna and the cavernous sinus, and houses the Gasserian ganglion and proximal radicle of the trigeminal nerve. Trigeminal neuropathy, characterized by numbness and dysesthesia of the skin and mucous membranes of the face, poses diagnostic challenges and often requires differentiation from conditions, such as compression neuropathy, inflammation, and drug-induced reactions.

Background And Objective: Skeletal Class II malocclusion patients frequently exhibit an extended craniocervical position. The study's objective was to evaluate how the craniocervical posture has changed following skeletal class II correction using the Forsus fatigue-resistant device (FFRD).
Methodology: A retrospective analysis was undertaken using the pre- and post-treatment records of 35 skeletal class II patients who used the FFRD to achieve class II correction.
