Clearly articulating one's professional purpose and professional values can clarify career direction as well as provide inspiration and ongoing career motivation for emerging, established, and senior health education professionals. Through examples and exercises, this article provides a method for clarifying and using professional values and purpose statements for health education professionals.

The widespread reliance on single-use plastics (SUPs) has fostered a global throwaway culture, especially in the food packaging industry, where convenience and low cost have driven their adoption, posing serious environmental threats, particularly to marine ecosystems and biodiversity. Edible and ecofriendly packaging made from millet, specifically sorghum ( () Moench), is a promising solution to mitigate SUP consumption and promote sustainability. This study explores the development of edible sorghum bowls, enhanced through roasting and incorporating 3 g of hibiscus and rose flower powders.

This study proposes a hierarchical automated methodology for detecting brain tumors in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), focusing on preprocessing images to improve quality and eliminate artifacts or noise. A modified Extreme Learning Machine is then used to diagnose brain tumors that are integrated with the Modified Sailfish optimizer to enhance its performance. The Modified Sailfish optimizer is a metaheuristic algorithm known for efficiently navigating optimization landscapes and enhancing convergence speed.
