Although significant strides have been made in cardiac pacing, the field is still evolving. While transvenous permanent pacing is highly effective in the management of bradyarrhythmias, it is not risk free and may result in significant morbidity and, rarely, mortality. Transvenous leads are often the weakest link in a pacing system.

While the study highlights the limited impact of these consultations on treatment modifications and the associated delays in surgical intervention, this letter suggests areas for further exploration.

The purpose of this study is to use a large national database to identify trends in adverse events and anticoagulation prescribing following orthopedic shoulder surgery.
Materials And Methods: The TriNetX Research Network was utilized to identify all patients undergoing orthopedic shoulder surgery between January 2004 and December 2022.

Introduction And Importance: Intraosseous anesthesia (IOA), an important technique in dental anesthesia, delivers anesthetic directly into the bone, enhancing patient comfort and minimizing side effects. Despite advantages, several disadvantages are known such as injection discomfort, root damage, mechanical obstructions and needle fractures.
