Objective: To assess refractive and visual outcomes of a spherical Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) followed by planned postoperative adjunctive laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) in the treatment of high compound hyperopic astigmatism.
Methods: In this prospective, multi-center, multi-surgeon, single-arm trial, eyes with ≥ 3.50 D hyperopia and ≥ 2.

Objective: To determine if scleral fittings that occur before corneal cross-linking (CXL) are still successful after the procedure.
Methods: This prospective study included seven patients with keratoconus or post-laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) corneal ectasia who were fitted with scleral lenses then underwent CXL. Four patients (six eyes) had keratoconus and three patients (five eyes) had post-LASIK ectasia.

Purpose: To report a case of herpes simplex virus (HSV) endotheliitis inducing acute interface fluid syndrome in a patient with a remote history of laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK).
Methods: Case report and literature review.
Results: A 51-year-old man with a history of LASIK 16 years prior presented with unilateral HSV endotheliitis and was found to have acute interface fluid syndrome secondary to endothelial decompensation.

Introduction: This study aimed to compare changes in retinal oxygen saturation 1 month after femtosecond-assisted laser in situ keratomileusis (FS-LASIK) in Chinese adults with myopia using retinal oximetry.
Methods: In this prospective, observational, single-center cohort study, Chinese adults aged 18-45 years with myopia were categorized into four groups according to spherical equivalent (SE), with 66 eyes characterized as low myopia (LM -3.00D < SE ≤ -0.
