The experience of surgical treatment of 170 patients for an acute varicothrombophlebitis of the lower extremities subcutaneous veins was summarized. There was proved the efficacy and safety of application of an acute radical surgical tactics for prophylaxis of the pulmonary artery thromboembolism and for radical treatment of varicose disease as well.

After applying the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling TEchnique class balancing on the training set, multiple machine learning models were constructed by using the Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator (LASSO) feature selection to identify the significant variables.

However, significant gender differences exist in albumin levels and inflammatory cell counts, and further research is required to understand how these differences influence GC prognosis. Even with first line treatment, median survival is approximately 11 months in patients with advanced PDAC. This report details the unique case of a patient that presented with peritoneal metastases from an adenocarcinoma of the body of the pancreas, had a remarkable response to palliative chemotherapy and is alive without evidence of disease 12 months following cessation of all active treatment.

In the case of primary lymphedema, this condition is attributed to malformations in lymphatic vessels or nodes, and it is marked by a relentless progression leading to irreversible tissue fibrosis after repetitive inflammation. Many questions regarding its treatment, such as the choice of the type of intervention and the timing, still remain unanswered.
