Introduction: Fibroadenoma is the most common benign tumor of the female breast with the highest incidence before age 30. Fibroadenoma may be associated with fibrocystic changes, proliferative epithelial changes, and extremely rarely, with non-invasive and invasive cancer.

Case Presentation: We present a rare case of a 39 years old female with invasive ductal carcinoma arising within fibroadenoma.

Conclusion: There is a low percentage of fibroadenomas harboring carcinoma; however, all breast lumps should be seriously managed; extirpation and histological examination is recommended.

Introduction: Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is associated with poor prognosis. The roles of the transcription factor special AT-rich binding protein-2 (SATB2) and β-catenin in PDAC have been a subject of controversy. We aimed to assess the diagnostic and prognostic impact of SATB2 and β-catenin in PDAC.

Mucinous carcinoma of the breast, also known as colloid carcinoma, is an uncommon type of differentiated adenocarcinoma, representing only 2% of all invasive breast carcinomas. It usually occurs in women ≥ 60 years of age. Mucinous carcinoma is characterized by clusters of epithelial tumour cells suspended in pools of extracellular mucin and is further divided in 2 subgroups, pure and mixed.

Background: Atypical ductal hyperplasia (ADH) is a benign proliferative breast lesion. Surgical excision of ADH is often recommended to rule out underlying malignant disease.

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the trends in ADH upgrade rates over time and identify the impact of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) use on upgrade rates.

Ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) may progress to ipsilateral invasive breast cancer (iIBC), but often never will. Because DCIS is treated as early breast cancer, many women with harmless DCIS face overtreatment. To identify features associated with progression, we developed an artificial intelligence-based DCIS morphometric analysis pipeline (AIDmap) on hematoxylin-eosin-stained (H&E) tissue sections.

Objectives: To study the predictive role of tumor-associated neutrophils in early luminal HER2-negative breast cancer.

Materials And Methods: This is a retrospective study conducted on 60 women cases aged from 31 to 79 years underwent surgery for luminal HER2-negative ductal breast cancer in tertiary care cancer centre. We first estimated basic morphological signs: tumor size, tumor grade (by Nottingham Histologic Score), tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), Lymphovascular invasion, hormonal receptors status, proliferative index, and regional lymph nodes metastasis.
