The aim of this prospective case-control study was to describe and implement a reliable, accurate, and straightforward ultrasound-guided proximo-medial approach technique for injecting the carpal flexor tendon sheath in horses. The proximo-medial ultrasound-guided approach for intrathecal access to the carpal canal, as described in this study, was firstly developed on ten cadaveric limbs using an undiluted ionic iodinated contrast medium. Landmarks were identified, and the access point was established.

Introduction: This study applied a novel tobacco regulatory science paradigm to characterize inter-product variation in the appeal and sensory features of emerging commercial and therapeutic oral nicotine products (ONPs) among young adults that vape e-cigarettes.
Methods: Twenty-three young adults without ONP experience who use e-cigarettes completed a single-blind, single-visit remote lab study. Participants rated appeal and sensory characteristics during 5-minute standardized self-administrations of 8 ONPs (4 fruit, 4 mint) from various brands (Lucy, Rouge, Solace, Nicorette, On!, Velo).

In this case report, we present a 43-year-old man (XY) with azoospermia and typical male appearance, at Tanner stage 5 of sexual development, who presented with severe colicky abdominal pain accompanied by nausea. A pelvic CT scan revealed a pear-shaped structure in the pelvic cavity, located entirely behind the bladder, measuring 106*44 cm with fluid accumulation inside it, extending into the right inguinal canal. There was also evidence suggesting the formation of the upper and mid-third part of a vagina, terminating in the prostatic gland.
