The article deals with the issue of spreading of tuberculosis on the territory of Nijegorodskaya Oblast. The difficult epidemiological situation related to this socially dangerous disease demands urgent resolution of problems closely involved with the examination and treatment of certain groups of patients independently of their consent. The article presents the review of actual normative base of non-voluntary medical care provision in the Russian Federation and some countries of CIS.

A total of 153 newly graduated nurses scheduled for on-site training in a ward nursing unit were divided into a control group (receiving only the usual on-site training with preceptorship) and an experimental group (receiving the developed program with the same on-site training with preceptorship as the control group). Objective: To develop and validate a nomogram model for predicting central venous catheter-related infections (CRI) in patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD).
Methods: MHD patients with central venous catheters (CVCs) visiting the outpatient hemodialysis (HD) center of Xuzhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected through a HD monitoring system. Patient data were collected, and the patients were divided into training and validation sets in a 7:3 ratio.
