Primary gastric carcinoma is the most common cause of linitis plastica. Less frequently, metastatic gastric cancer from the breast, omental metastases and non-Hodgkin lymphoma involving the stomach have been reported to show similar radiographic findings as for linitis plastica. A metastatic gastric cancer from bladder cancer is extremely rare. We present an unusual case, the first to our knowledge, of gastric linitis plastica that resulted from a metastatic urothelial carcinoma of the bladder.

Gastric Linitis plastica is characterized by extensive infiltration of gastric wall by poorly differentiated tumor cells, creating a "leather-bottle stomach" appearance. We describe a case involving a 71-year-old male presenting with globus sensation, early satiety and weight loss. Recent EGD had revealed chronic gastritis with polypoid mucosa at the GE junction, and subsequent FDG-PET indicated asymmetric FDG localization.

Metastasis to the rectum is very rare and is usually caused by primaries from the breast, gastrointestinal tract, and genitourinary system. We report here a case of acute intestinal obstruction caused by an unusual rectal stenosis, for which he underwent a diversion stoma. On extensive evaluation for the etiology of the rectal stenosis, he was diagnosed with diffuse gastric cancer with Schnitzler's metastasis to the rectal submucosa.

Case Presentation: We present a case of a 74-year-old Chinese Female with a history of breast cancer who presented with epigastric pain, nausea, early satiety, and weight loss of 5 kg in 3 months.
