Background: Randomized clinical trials (RCTs) are fundamental to evidence-based medicine, but their real-world impact on clinical practice often remains unmonitored. Leveraging large-scale real-world data can enable systematic monitoring of RCT effects. We aimed to develop a reproducible framework using real-world data to assess how major RCTs influence medical practice, using two pivotal surgical RCTs in gynaecologic oncology as an example-the LACC (Laparoscopic Approach to Cervical Cancer) and LION (Lymphadenectomy in Ovarian Neoplasms) trials.

Typhoons and the COVID-19 pandemic also affected the area afterwards. We conducted a survey for MPEs to investigate the mental health impacts and related factors.

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of the interactive humanistic nursing model in emergency rescue of epidemic outbreaks.
Methods: This was a retrospective study. A total of 200 patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP) admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University between December 2022 and March 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=100) and the control group(n=100) according to different nursing methods used.

Methods: This prospective case control study was conducted in the Gynecology Department of Ankara Bilkent City Hospital between January and December 2019. In this study, the EP and control groups included 45 participants each (30 pre- and 15 postmenopausal women).
